Biography
Crystal Raines is President and Chief Operating Officer at NewDay USA. She has been with the company since 2007, previously serving as Chief Credit Officer. With more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, including extensive expertise in underwriting, she oversees teams responsible for fulfilling federal, state, and agency disclosure requirements and implementing regulatory changes across the organization.
She is an FHA DE underwriter and holds VA automatic underwriting authority.
