Today, NewDay USA issued the following statement regarding the substitute amendment to S. 2155, the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act, offered by Senators Mike Crapo (R-ID), Joe Donnelly (D-IN), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), Jon Tester (D-MT), and Mark Warner (D-VA). &nbsp;The amendment includes the language of S. 2304, the Protecting Veterans from Predatory Lending Act of 2018, introduced by Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). The following is a statement from Rear Admiral Thomas C.
