Maylene Tan Khieu

Maylene Tan Khieu is the Chief Administrative Officer at NewDay USA. With over 20 years of experience in underwriting, loan origination, and compliance, she is responsible for the company’s Customer Service program and contract management. Maylene has been with NewDay USA since its founding in 1999 and has held multiple positions, including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Credit Officer. Previously, she served as an operations manager at Federal Funding Corporation. Ms. Khieu holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Certified Mortgage Compliance Professionals Advisory Council and serves as the CEO of America’s Settlement Company.
